hello, I am not experienced in crypto. I wanted to buy Safe Moon, I transferred money to Trust Wallet using Binance. then I converted BNB to Smart Chain. then I wanted to buy Safe Moon, but I pressed send. so my money went to Safe Moon. Is there an option to get my money back?

Unfortunately, the Trust Wallet team cannot help in getting back the sent cryptos. It is already on Safemoon’s token contract.
Not sure if the dev team of Safemoon can help with that. You may want to try talking to them about it.
Is there any representatives of trust wallet that actually answer emails and help here? I’ve been trying to get in contact with support for soooooo long and no response and I’m wondering if this forum is the way to success because at the moment Trust in my head is ran by ghost…
