Bitcoin received, no balance

I sent bitcoin from coinbase to my trust wallet. It shows that it was received and at the same time sent to a different location which I did not do. It has been confirmed 23 times as of now.

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons as to why you got unauthorized transaction/s:

1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

4. Someone had physical access to your device;

5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

Your Recovery Phrase holds the keys to your crypto. The addresses on the Multi-Coin wallet are fixed to this specific set of words. The Recovery Phrase cannot be changed for the exposed wallet. Looks like I got swindled by a fake Firefox extension… Thanks for the help, luckily this was just a trial transfer to make sure I did everything correct!
