Ive sent BNB from my trust wallet to my swissborg wallet (to receive BNB) yet Its been a very long time.screenshots attached . Ive also contacted swissborg costumer service and they told me that it was sent through BEP20 while on trust i sent it through just BNB which shouldnt be bep20. Is there a way to recover the funds ?

Odd. You sent via the Binance Chain. That is BEP2, not BEP20. Give them the transaction hash (0BB39F2EAAD3406FF66B406C8B634EBFF4E5852E527DB2E8427FB9D39C6FC660) and/or tx link: https://explorer.binance.org/tx/0BB39F2EAAD3406FF66B406C8B634EBFF4E5852E527DB2E8427FB9D39C6FC660 so they can double-check.
