Bought for $1000 using trustwallet app and Simplex recieved $650 worth

Hi,

I bought bought for $1000 BabyDoge using the trustwallet app and Simplex recieved only $650 worth in the transaction. Where is the rest, why is my creditcard charged for $1000 and does it only buy me $650 as the transactio shows on blockchain?
