Can not Stake or Unstake TRX

Hi, I have staked 1028 TRX before and now 1028.10564 TRX are frozen but Im unable to stake or unstake TRX.
I have read your answers to other questions and it seems that I need to stake TRX again but both Stake and Unstake option are unavailable for me.
Could you please support?

@Pouria.all can you try to update your app first and then try to stake again.?

The latest version is 1.29.1. Go to play store and update the app please.

I dont know why there was no update on playstore but I downloaded the apk from the website directly and its version is : 1.28.8
Now the issue solved.
