I sent my SMG coins to an invalid address thinking they were listed on another exchange, and I could not recover them because there was no cancellation option. I’ve sent more than 30 messages. Nobody helps. Can someone help me?
Hi @typhoon007 Confirmed Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed or cancelled. Please contact the customer support of exchange so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
