I suppose you shared your recovery phrase with someone one please kindly open another wallet and move all your token to the new wallet and abandon it.
Your Recovery Phrase has been compromised! Maybe, you mistakenly or unknowingly shared it. And someone has gotten hold of it.
The best thing is for you to open another Wallet, transfer all your coins/tokens to the new one and discard the current one.
