Becareful with such posts. I ran into one requesting someone to DM him. He was using the trustwallet logo.
I tried to know the authenticity and found out the “message” button was enabled. Whereas the original account of Trustwallet doesn’t even allow people to send DM or Private message.
Those are the things we need to watch out for.

I lost my cryptos today, It was my mistake I trusted it, But my question is why is the trust wallet not blocking the scamsters? I believed it thinking it to be from trust wallet. :disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved:

@gerry1
Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
