Does the trust keep records of deposits and withdrawals in the log?

Obviously, I’ve never disclosed the password in my wallet to anyone.
However, 0.3 bitcoins have been withdrawn without permission and are currently being investigated.
Your company says the phrase has been leaked or entered somewhere else, but on what basis do you respond to it?
Does the log show the connection history of other devices?
If it comes out, can’t you provide information accordingly?
If there is no such information, what makes it leaked?

@USDT Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app;

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. It is your responsibility to make sure your wallet is not compromised since the app is a non-custodial wallet (meaning, you SHOULD be the only one who holds the secret phrase and private keys).

That’s why I’m asking if there’s a log record.
If you accessed my wallet, wouldn’t there be a record?
Where is the evidence?

My wallet address is [bc1q0cckx8496juu97g7ypju8mrl93crxmrtuj8qd].
There is no additional app installed, and it is for business purposes, so the security is level 1.
What the hell is the rationale?

@USDT You can check on blockchair.com to see the transactions sent and received on your address.

Does it mean that your company doesn’t stay on the computer network?
I can’t believe I’m checking the transaction details through another website.
I know the site.
I’m asking for access to the trust wallet

@USDT The website i sent is an explorer for checking Bitcoin transactions same as Etherscan is for ERC tokens and BscScan.com is for BEP20 tokens.

The bottom line is that your company doesn’t know who accessed my wallet, right?
By the way, why is there no log record?
Does Trustwillet not have a manager?

@USDT Trust wallet is a decentralized wallet where you own your recovery keys meaning you are in total control of your wallet.
It is your responsibility to keep it safe and from any other person asides yourself.
If your keys are leaked and your wallet hacked, you can’t blame the Trust app for that.

It’s a decentralized wallet, but it’s distributed through an application.
But do you mean there’s no log record?
That’s amazing…

@JennyMillan Don’t you know what a log record is?
If you company have a computer network, you’ll definitely have a record.
A fragmentary example is that the trust provides the wallet address and cannot be used by Meta.
If it is an app without log records, you should create an app for individuals.
