Hi man I did this and they send me the email
But I can’t open email because I don’t have password for that when I try to change password it’s saying ‘contact to your help desk administrator’ I don’t know what it is

@Rempygill02 to recover your funds, Please follow this guide (select ETC in the coin part): How To Recover Funds Sent to a Wrong Public Address
After getting the private key, open the Trust Wallet app > settings > wallets > + button on the top right corner > i already have a wallet > Smart Chain > import the private key

If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

Your device is corrupted with malware;

Someone had physical access to your device;

You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app;

You used a recovery phrase given by a fake website or by someone else (ex: from someone saying they have withdrawable tokens and they need your help);

You transacted with a malicious DApp.
Unfortunately, confirmed transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. It is your responsibility to make sure your wallet is not compromised since the app is a non-custodial wallet (meaning, you SHOULD be the only one who holds the secret phrase and private keys).
