I transfer BNB i make sure i put the memo too, almost 24hours already, and my ETC i transfer 15days ago , until now i havent receive yet.

Hi, im trying to send BNB token from trust wallet to Bitmart.

Base on bsc scan, it success already, but on other end of Bitmart , i still havent receive the token, i included the memo too as requirment to send BNB token.

On my attachment is
