Will the trust wallet support the upgrade (London hard fork) or do we have to move the ETH to an exchange. Can we keep the ETH on trust wallet during the upgrade? Please let us know.

You don’t need to panic for that. You need in contrary to fear exchange that announced not it’s support.
Eth LONDON fork was a smooth transition.
Your wallet and assets should be just fine if left alone.
