Eth transfered from and never received

Continuing the discussion from Crypto not showing up in wallet:

Problem here as well…
eth transferred succesfully from ethermine, according to as well as etherscan (transaction is shown properly and with every detail), but after 1 day my balance is still the same…
no update no matter what…
Iam using half a year now the wallet…I had no problem before…its the first time that a succesfull transaction is missing…
Please see it and advice us what to do…

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Please, I have been hacked. They have stolen all my funds. What can I do ? Is there anyone !!??

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

There is no problem with any of your Transactions.
Your tokens are in your wallet

I see it also in etherscan…
But it doesnt show in my wallet…
The last transcaction showed was at 24th of October…
The 14th of November is missing…also the total balance should have changed as well (more eth at my balance)

Can you try importing your wallet to another device to see if that would work ?

I have it as option (import), when I install Trust wallet in another device?
Didnt try that…You say that maybe there is a bug with the app in my phone…
But then if there is indeed a bug I will have to uninstall the wallet from my phone…
I can re-install it without losing any of my crypto?..just using my phrase words?
Anyway…I will try…Hope dont lose all :roll_eyes:
