ETHM transferred from Trust Wallet to Crex24 but not showing

Hi,

I have transferred Ethereum Meta (ETHM) from my “Trust Wallet” to my “Crex24 wallet” but it is not showing in my Crex24 wallet.
Please help to sort it out.
Please guide me how to make it visible in my “Crex24” wallet
