I transferred the token using Bep20. The transaction is successful, even the notification on the phone from trustwallet came. But the app shows a balance of 0. How??

Hi there,
you need to enable the asset in the default list . Search for LINA in the app and enable which Has ERC-20 underneath the name.

Hi, I transferred my unifi from an exchange to the trust wallet all the information is right and I put unifi on my home page on trust wallet and it’s been 2 days and they haven’t arrived. I’ve done numerous transactions after and haven’t had a problem what do I do ?!

Some transffered by BNB and MOCHI out of my account I was not asked to input my password, I just got a notification, and boom all my coins were gone, this is the second time, trust wallet need to explain to me

I sent usdt TRC20 to my trust wallet from binance account, have received email regarding transfer successfully, but not received any fund in my trust wallet.

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

@Milad0007 Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app;

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
