I tried swapping from twt to bsc or bnb . It showed approved but nothing happened. I tried the second time but it always show error can someone help me please.

I am facing the same issue. I swapped TWT to Smartchain BNB. The transaction was completed but BNB not received. Now when i try to do the swap again it is showing an error.

You didnāt make a swap from TWT to BNB but you swapped your BNB to TWT and that is in your wallet, please add it as a custom token

I made a swap from twt to bnb only. The tokens are still showing in TWT whereas when I am trying to swap again it is showing error. If i have twt and i want to swap it to BNB then it must not show any error right? But it is still showing an error

Can you check what network you sent it on and confirm the transaction hash as the one you sent shows no history of sent or received USDT.

@Wilzy12 When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.
Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.
All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap
NB: Both token approval and swapping transactions needs gas fees.

Thank you for your assistance. The issue is solved. I topup my bsc from another wallet. And did the swap. And it work. Everything is okay now.
