So i have a problem, i have my security phrase writed in letter and never used it.
on 17.01.2022 i opened interned explorer and installed TrustWallet (Trust Wallet - Microsoft Edge Addons) extension, after enterin phrase at your extension (it didnt open just refreshed) after 5 mins my coins got converted in bnb and got stolen. ( 0.713938227236148 BNB)

Hello @Ergysgl that is fake app. Trust wallet has no Microsoft/Chrome extension/add-on. We only have mobile app versions. Download only from our official site: https://trustwallet.com/

Than do something about my coins because practically i got hacked by your company and try to remove this extension.

@Ergysgl as I have told you above, we don’t have any extension, you imported your wallet to the fake app. Anyone can copy and put the official link and claim it is official app.

If this does happen is there a way for us to recover our stolen coins? Or are they gone forever with no hope of ever getting them back?
Ok so if it happens not even law enforcement can help? Sorry I’m new to this crypto stuff so my questions probably sound silly
