I lost my coins

A few months ago I sent coins to my wallet. But haven’t received them. I followed all the steps but I can’t find them. Who can help me?

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I can’t see my BNB in my trust wallet. As I send BNB smart chain to my wallet it is remove. I don’t why. Please help out.

I lose my SHIBA INU coins too I hold it for long term yesterday I checked so my Shiba was transferred from my wallet to another account this is the transition I’d please anybody here to help me please
