I had swapped BNB to Smartchain and tried to buy Safemoon, did the exact same steps which i did earlier to buy safemoon, i could do it the first time successfully, but wanted to buy more coins, but 2nd and 3rd time my funds totally dissapeared, please help

i really appreciate you trying to help me, but i am not a techie, i opened whatapp, went to help centre, it says describe your problem, i request trust wallet customer no. and they didnt respond, is this the right step to take please advice.
You called a scam number. There is currently no phone support for trust wallet that I know of.
To better assist, can you provide us the following information:
Trust Wallet app version
Crypto address
Transaction ID (if you have any)
Details about your issue
Screenshots of the wallet (errors, if any
