Missing XRP when transferred from Binance to trust wallet

Hello

I have transferred my 70XRP from Binance to trust wallet but I only received 50 XRP in my trust wallet.
I have done the steps given to check https://community.trustwallet.com/t/my-crypto-is-missing-what-should-i-do/1450
but still, I am only able to see 50 in my trust wallet

Can someone please help. What can I do?

Am having issues also, hope you get it solved in time, pls am having serious issues too
