Missing XYO funds on my wallet

Dear,
My friend sent me 500,000 XYO back in February. I held onto them up until now.
I was very suprised to see my XYO adress (0xfDff372a711701BB5694F805EaDc86E603a2d45F) being
empty when I restored my account with mnemonic key.
I need explanations, where are my XYO?

Hello @koala197 To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

@koala197 your address never received any transactions. Also, from the screenshot above the address used to receive tokens is different from your Trust wallet address. Check again please.

Is that other address a Trust Wallet? I think I may have had multiple wallets and sent on the wrong one but have no access to it

@koala197 I don’t know. You have to figure it out, it is impossible to do from our side.
