My balance is not updating

Hello. I’ve checked my wallet every 15 minutes for the last 24 hrs and my balance is not updating at all for the SAFEMOON crypto. Also the number of coins converted is way off. I would like some sort of support. I reached out to Trust Wallet through a ticket and I am knowledgeable about how the wallet updates and which exchanges you use to update. This seems to be a common problem across the board with users. I would like to know what is the fix for this?

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I sent you all of the information earlier in an email. The email came back undeliverable
