My trust wallet was hack

Hello
I have some Tether on the ERC 20 network
I have to pay for the transfer with Ethereum
Any amount of Ethereum deposited into my wallet will be transferred immediately
This transfer is not done by me
No amount of Ethereum remains in the wallet
I think my ethereum wallet has been hacked
What should I do?
I need to transfer Tether
I tried to cancel operation
But this operation also requires payment
Of all the currencies, only Tether is in my wallet and it cannot be moved without my permission
what do I do?

I have the same problem, dont know ehat to do, i think here is no normal support, who can help

@Antra1999, @arshianazari If there are unauthorized transactions in your wallet, it means your wallet is compromised and unfortunately there is nothing we can do regarding that.

Here are the possible reasons so you can avoid getting hacked next time:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app;

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. It is your responsibility to make sure your wallet is not compromised since the app is a non-custodial wallet (meaning, you SHOULD be the only one who holds the secret phrase and private keys).

So then there is no way to get back money?
Hmm, interesting. But okay, that’s life.
