Network selection is wrong.

I transferred EQX coin with my Trustwallet to my kucoin account.

I mistakenly selected the BEP20 network.

I had to select the ERC20 network.

I sent it 3 days ago and there is no result.

I emailed trustwallet and they didn’t respond.

can you please help me with this?

sender and receiver address are correct, only the network selection is wrong.

Hello @fandac70 Please contact the customer support of KuCoin so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
