New phone, all token/coins gone

Hello there!

I had to sent my old phone to repair, and have done a factory reset to it.
The last time i looked into my Trust Wallet before resetting the phone to sent it in, i had roughly 600+ mio safemoon and a few bnb.

So, now on my new phone, i installed Trust Wallet, put in the 12 words phrase i only have on a piece of paper in a safe, and everything is gone.
I added the v1 safemoon (psafemoon), and the v2 (what of course should not give me anything), nothing.

I could understand the 600Mio safemoon v1 token vanishing, because they changed to v2, but not the BNB… so there must be something wrong.

If the addresses don’t contain your funds, there could be number of reasons:
1 This is a completely different wallet, make sure you imported the correct one.
2 You have restored the wrong recovery phrases. Every recovery phrase has its own unique Multi-Coin wallet addresses. You need to find the correct set of words to recover your wallet. We do not have a record of these recovery phrases.
