Afternoon, I recently got a new phone and had my old one go through a factory reset. I had to wait a couple of days to download the TRUST wallet since all of the issues that were going on with IOS. I was just able to re-download the app and I entered the multi-wallet option and my key phrase, it imported but it shows no balance on my raven. I wrote down the key phrase and triple-checked it. I’m positive that wrote it down properly. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the addresses don’t contain your funds, there could be a number of reasons:
1 This is a completely different wallet, make sure you imported the correct one.
2 You have restored the wrong recovery phrases. Every recovery phrase has its own unique Multi-Coin wallet addresses. You need to find the correct set of words to recover your wallet. We do not have a record of these recovery phrases.
I did import the correct one. Before I did the factory reset on my old phone I copied down the phrase again. @JennyMillan
Exactly the same problem I’m facing. I did a factory reset on my phone. I did that confidently because I have the recovery phrase and I have been uninstalling and importing back my wallet with no issue but this time I lost all my tokens as new address was created after I imported the wallet.
Please kindly help me to recover my wallet.
