Hello,
I’ve emailed trust wallet a few days ago about my NFTART coins/balance not showing up, still no reply but whatever so I went here and found a way. It may not work for you but hopefully it does for most.
1 - Go to receive from just your wallet
2 - Search for the coin you’re missing balances on
3 - Go back/Exit out
4 - It will now be added to your wallet and if the balance is 0 simply refresh/swipe down and it should now show the correct balance
