You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);
You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;
Your device is corrupted with malware;
Someone had physical access to your device;
You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.
You transacted with a malicious DApp.
Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

Thank you for coming back to me. I can see the 3 ‘in’ transactions on etherscan, but the usdt erc20 is not in my trustwallet. Any help is appreciated please.

@SocialGainsCrypto you did and transferred out , I already sent you a transaction link for 900 USDT transaction that you did after receiving those 3 transactions.
@Amyfaith your account didn’t credited because you transferred coinex smart chain token to Binance smart chain address. To recover your funds, Please follow this guide (select BSC in the coin part): How To Recover Funds Sent to a Wrong Public Address
After getting the private key, Import it to wallet that supports Coinex Smart Chain blockchain you’ll be able to access your funds.
