Recover BUSD sent to a ERC Network

Hi!

I did an Deposit from BUSD BEP 20 (my trustwallet) to BUSD ERC 20 on HITBTC Exchange (contract address: https://etherscan.io/token/0x4fabb145d64652a948d72533023f6e7a623c7c53

Can i recover my funds and sent it back to my trust wallet? Or i lost this founds for always?

Another question. If its not possible to recover the money, in the future is possible to recover it if the exchange accept BSC Network?

Please contact the customer support of HITBTC so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, you sent your BUSDs to the ERC20 network and BSC only supports the BSC network. I am afraid you lost the amount but please contact HITBTC support and let them know your situation.
