Some scammed me with a fake link acting like trust support on twitter and stole tokens from my acct, can they be recovered and am i able to change my seed phrase

Unfortunately that wallet is compromised and the stolen funds cannot be recovered.
Note also that each 12 seed phrase are unique to one wallet and cannot be changed.
