I sent from my Trust Wallet “USDT” from the BEP20 Network to the ERC20 Network, I destined them to a wallet called Uphold and obviously they did not arrive.

I wanted to ask if there is a way to solve it.

Please contact the customer support of Uphold so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
