Sent ANKR from Coinbase To Trustwallet. ERC20 -> BEP20 Gone

So, I’m obviously new and stupid…

Here is what I did:
On Coinbase, I sent ANKR over to my Trustwallet ANKR wallet.

It never showed up.
After some googling, I realized the “protocol” was probably wrong and CB only uses “erc20”?
I wish COINBASE would have said “erc20” there, or somehow had to way to tell that my address was incompatible.

Stupid, right?

Anyway, is there any method to retrieve those coins?
