Hi there I recently sent some coins from trust wallet to my gate.io account. After a few days of not receiving the transaction I figured out that it was an Eth/erc20 address I had sent it to. My coins were from a Bsc/bep20 address.
Is there a way of Retrieving my lost transaction

Please contact the customer support of Gate.io so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
Is there a way of finding it on BSC scan and retrieving it if it never reached them
