Sent my WBNB to SAFEMOON address, also my SAFEMOON tokens do not appear in the app

I wish someone from truswallet can help me out, i have a problem and i don’t know how to resolve it, can someone help please ???
I have two major issue

1. I sent my wbnb to safemoon contract address instead of smartchain bnb worth 1100$ about 27days ago yet i haven’t fet anything from the transaction and it has comfirmed to me as success.
   Transaction hash : 0x7eddf5ff29fd1792f52d9c8349f4b1c408054587a7210e49f0c301fbff0246d2.

With Nonce as 9

Sending address 0xee7d396caadb98c05c288cb4f71f129b19959f51.

Safemoon contract address 0xbb4cdb9cbd36b01bd1cbaebf2de08d9173bc095c

2. My second problem is that , i just swapped Elongate Tokens worth above 400usd to Safemoon tokens, it shows success but the Safemoon token didn’t reflect on my trustwallet.
   I’m a physically challenge young man trying to help myself and my family, I’ll appreciate more if the this two transaction can be refunded. Thank you.

Based on this transaction, you sent 178,000,000 SAFEMOON to address 0xEE7D396CAAdB98c05C288cb4f71f129B19959f51. It is not a WBNB transfer.

1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
2. Smart Chain wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
3. Transaction hash or link
4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

My account has wiped yesterday by unknown person claiming to be from trustwallet support team, how sure I’m this originally from official trustwallet ???

In that case, you need to create a new wallet and abandon the compromised one. Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
