Does anyone know how to get in touch with support or have a ticket looked at?? I have had a secrurity issue and weird stuff with my wallet and cannot get any help…
They are probably just very busy in times like these when alot of new people are coming into the crypto sphere and are having troubles. I’m sure they’ll get to you soon enough 
I am having the exact problem but Trust Wallet are stating they do not have a Fraud department, which I find very shocking. My tokens have been removed from my trust wallet even though I have a two step authentication process to stop hackers.
