The transaction is received but there are no tokens in my wallet

As you can see from the screenshots I’ve received a transaction but i have no tokens in my wallet.
Any idea ?

Close the app and launch again

And be patient it will reflect probably network something @diste17

How do you attach screenshot here so I can show my transactions was completed but it didn’t appear in my wallet from pancakeswap from my ETC to buy floki and Shiba floki 3x but didn’t go to my wallet but It shows ti eterscan and Binancescan how can I retrieved those to put back to my trust wallet ?
