Transactions say successful but no coins in wallet

Hi there

I recently made two transactions and I have not received the funds into the wallet. Did I lose the money?

Wallet Version 2.12

  1. First transaction was BSC to BNB via swap.

  1. 2nd transaction was BSC to ETH on PancakeSwap
