Transferred usdt to Coinbase

hi…i am currently in a very similar situation. i sent a fairly large amount of usdt from trust wallet to coinbase pro. transaction says success (2 days ago now) but the funds are not in my coinbase pro account, which states on support page that erc20 usdt is supported. can you please tell me what information you will need in order to help remedy this situation.

Please contact the customer support of Coinbase so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
