Unable To Back Up Wallet

Hello,

I’m unable to back up my wallet as after the system showing the recovery phrase and the Red Message do not share with people.

I don’t have anywhere to go than go back to the Wallet page.
I cannot find any button to click on continue as illustrate in the guide.

Please help as I have other issues as well that I put them below for another post if they cannot be answered.

  1. When clicking on The Finance Tab
    I have a message: An Unknown error occured. Try again.

  2. Wallet Version: 1.27.23

  3. I changed phone after importing the wallet, no funds nor token are there. I tried everything they say in other tropic concerning that issue still avail.

Please help?
