Why switch to 1inch Protocol?
The 1inch Protocol integration has been successfully completed by the Trust Wallet Development Team after a successful governance vote. Previously, the Trust Swap functionality was using a combination of Uniswap and PancakeSwap. But now, the Trust Wallet app will utilize the 1inch Network to do all your swapping needs.
With this integration, Trust Wallet users will be able to:
- Swap between ERC20 to other ERC20 tokens, as well as BEP20 to BEP20 tokens.
- Swapping of Polygon assets will be added soon
- More swappable asset pairs
- Smaller slippage
- Lower prices and fees

At a technical level, implementation of 1Inch Protocol means a reduction of code complexity and reduces future maintenance overhead.
