Balance not reflecting on trust wallet

Hi, I have just swapped eth base to eth ethereum. The transaction shows up but balance is not updating. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, and i cant see my other eth coins either now. Please assist.

Same thing happened with me did all the stuff nothing worked ive unisntalled the app clear cache reimporoting my balance doesnt show

@xDNegativity Can you check first if your tokens are shown on the blockchain explorer ? If they are, there’s no need to panic.
You can switch your internet, restart your device and then reimport your wallet.

tokens did not appear on the account.
74.82 usdt. never appeared on the account

You can check it yourself, my balance hasn’t changed. 71fabe748cb4b75d8bfb145fdd188ce9f6341dcdcfaa503be12132938cf5bf65
transaction amount 74.82…usdt. but it is not credited to the balance. although the transaction is confirmed

I purchased ETH hours ago and the balance is not reflected. My wallet actually shows I received the ETH but have a zero balance. This is the second time it’s happened today. Can someone help me?

I am having a similar issue. I transferred eth from binance into trust wallet 4 days ago. The transfer is there but the balance is not reflected in my wallet.

The txhash is 0x94cbc5e30b5635622ebacf74ef9aa87858838f44a8d4d35659d8d192ab1b23ef

Ive raised 2 tickets with trust wallet but they arent helping me! Anyone have any ideas?

For reference i have the most up to date app, have reinstalled that and the chrome extension. I have also reimported my wallet twice.

I never noticed that! I have no idea who made that transaction. Is there anything I can do?

@JamesF23 Unfortunately no, if that wasn’t done by you then your wallet is compromised and you need to stop using it immediately and create a new wallet.
