Balance not reflecting on trust wallet

@AKIWI Please reimport your wallet as that resolves most troubleshooting issues.

I did that and it is not displaying my balance and I check from my blockchain explore and my confirmed balance it shows and still I tried reimport my wallet into an android device from an iOS still yet my balance is not displaying and I have restarted my device also what should I do

@Tobi i bought solana yesterday, it comes up completed but it appears and then disappears in my wallet, i try to sell it, swap it or send it then it comes up failed transaction then it disappears from my account and then reappears a few hours later

@Bella55 The explorer shows you have no available BTC

@zNoxi Can you please reimport your wallet then toggle off and on the automatic mode under your solana node settings.
Settings → Preferences → Node settings → Solana → Toggle Automatic node off/on

Done all that, it now shows but when i try to sell or swap it, it comes up with this error

Transaction error

Transaction simulation failed: Transaction results in
an account (0) with insufficient funds for rent

My wife transferred BTC to my wallet 6 days ago. It shows received but it not reflecting in the BTC wallet.

Please, I have sent an email to customer support, but haven’t got a reply.

It’s more than 78hours a friend transferred BTC into my trust wallet account from an exchange, & the transfer shows on my trust wallet history.

However, I have no balance being displayed on the App.
That’s my BTC balance is not showing and I am using the latest version of the app.

@EZE01 I’d suggest you switch your internet connection first, then restart your device and reimport your wallet after.
