Coinbase to Trust Wallet , sent GRT to my SAFEMOON address

I had crypto in My Graph (GRT) in my coinbase wallet and i transferred it to my trust wallet (safemoon - 0x40f3382a2fa37f230A7b55f273b9b663a18e0949) and it has been completed in coinbase but its not showing up in my trust wallet account. I did this transaction yesterday 20/04/2021 15:28 - Can anyone help my find my money or advise why it is not showing up in my trust wallet account. I am worried that i have lost it for good.

Hi @jonoreilly1407,

Sending GRT to your Safemoon address won’t automatically convert it to Safemoon. It will still remain as GRT. In general, sending other cryptos to another address won’t automatically convert it to your desired crypto.

Good thing the wallet uses the same address. It is still usable. On others, you will risk losing it.

To access it, tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for GRT, and enable the one with ERC20. You can also follow this guide: How to Add or Remove a Coin

Hello, I have a similar issue where I had 1.274 BNB in my Trust Wallet which I sent over to my Binance account. I copy and pasted the link of my Binance account to deposit the money into, but I entered the incorrect MEMO. It has now been over 9 hours and the 1.25 BNB from my Trust wallet is yet to come through to my Binance account. Is there any way to retrieve the missing funds? Thanks

I have a similar problem I sent poly from voyager 7 hours ago to my trust wallet and it has no showed up and I’m getting no response from anyone from trust can anyone help

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)
