Didn't receive crypto after purchasing via moonpay

Hello,

I have an issue with the purchased tokens that didn’t arrived in my trust wallet after almost 40 hours. This was my first purchase via moonpay on trust.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

Same here, it’s been already 24hours since I have done the transaction, I haven’t received the bnb in my wallet, please help in this regards. #asktrust
