Hi,

I think I have choose a wrong wallet address when transferring a world coin token to my trust wallet as it never appeared until today. Kindly guide me on the right steps on how to get it back

Hi Tobi,

I having issue with trust wallet the transaction success for my world coin but in my trust wallet account cannot see the world coin.

Here my wallet address. If can transfer back to my world coin app wallet address as below.

@Bigbexzy Please switch your internet connection and reimport your wallet after.

@saiful6687 You sent your tokens on the worldcoin network which isn’t supported by default on Trust wallet.
You can look for a wallet that supports it and import your wallet there.

@saiful6687 Trust wallet has no access to users wallet.
Please import to a wallet that supports that chain and access your tokens from there.

I have transferred eth to my wallet and I can see the transaction in the wallet. However, my wallet balance is zero.

Thanks @Tobi I’ve tried that as well as deleting the app, reinstalling and importing on a different
Network.

Ok. Somehow it’s now appeared.

@Nialler Just a visual bug, but there’s no need to panic as long as you can see your assets on the blockchain explorer.

I just entered the app and my 120 USDC disappeared and there is not even a transaction record I don’t know what happened

@Lvlasno Please check your address on the blockchain explorer to see if your tokens are in your wallet or not.

@Rina72 That receiving address definitely isn’t your Trust wallet receiving address as it is a contract address.

@Rina72 In most cases, there isn’t really much you can do as funds sent to a contract may not be recoverable.
