Hi, I’m having issues with mine too.
I tried to make a payment on a website, autoBot ether to be exact to upgrade but it did transaction error so I did it again and it was still an error and was not reflecting on the site about any payment but when I checked my wallet, they debited me twice already and it’s been more than 24hrs and it has not been resolved

This error is related to a Dust Error.

Yes, you can send to any ETH address.
