Thanks for the feedback. I have already logged the support ticket having tried all the recommended options. However, from the number of people having the same problem, it may not be something we can fix. I have waited patiently 24-48hours for the balance to be corrected and match bitcoin explorer.
Is there any indication when the issue is to be fixed? Is the issue with TW, BTC or other? It would help to quell legitimate concerns if we had some more info. Thanks
