Harmony ONE in multi coin wallet inaccessible

Used Harmony One BEP20 bridge. Converted token to native format and sent back to Multi coin wallet.

I can see the tokens stored in my wallet on Explorer.harmony.

I cannot see or access tokens in multicoin wallet.

I have recovered the key code to the wallet. When I opened the recovered wallet in an attempt to access $ONE I cannot see the coins. I attempted to enter the token manually but that doesn’t seem to be working either.

I feel like I am close to recovering my small bag, but am at a loss for what to do next. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Further details about your issue
I used the Harmony One - $BnB bridge to withdraw the $ONE I bought on Pancakeswap to my Harmony One wallet. When it was time to choose an address to deposit the converted coins to, I chose the link at the bottom of the address bar that says “use my wallet” it pasted my mulit-coin wallet address and I sent the $ONE tokens there.
After refreshing Trust Wallet and manually adding all forms of $ONE token (BEP20, ERC, Native) mine were still not visible in wallet.
Recovered wallet key code, uploaded wallet and cannot access $ONE.

Thank you for your assistance!

@Ace_in_space send me your ONE native wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

@Ace_in_space where do you get this address? QR Code doesn’t seems to be from Trust Wallet.

Sorry, that’s the ONE wallet.

@Ace_in_space this wallet has no any funds. The last transaction was on August where 2999.9991 ONE received and sent out.

0xd170bfb1390bd535712eee7589442c43c3a88be5. I sent the $ONE to my multi coin wallet. Not the native one wallet.

Thanks for taking the time to work on this for me. Are there any other ideas you may have? I recovered the recovery key to the ETH wallet and still no luck accessing the tokens.

@Ace_in_space your case is similar to this: Sent ONE to Trust Wallet address changed

Follow instructions provided there to recover your funds.

Yes, I have recovered the wallet on several other apps, I have used Eth and ONE. No tokens unfortunately

@Ace_in_space if you did the steps correctly, your final ONE address after importing from private keys you generated should be: 0xd170bfb1390bd535712eee7589442c43c3a88be5

If you got a completely different address,it means you didn’t follow procedures correctly. Repeat again.

Hi Alan, you may remember me from 10 days ago.

I finally managed to get the (ETH) private address to the address I sent my ONE to 0x8DD0E17a194a1BfC96BbDA191f8Fe7c8EF52e152 which arbitrarily shows up on the HARMONY ONE network under tx # 0x5c385679d12adf7a7edc6af327746b931f6f10e558f8ef7d32ad2ab9f1b13c74 .

However, for fairly obvious reasons, that private address being ETH is not acceptable to the Harmony system in Trust Wallet despite the clear instruction that if you sent a particular token to the wrong chain, you need to create the import under the correct (ie original) chain.

Does this mean that I need to find another wallet system to hold my ONE? Or am I being really thick, here.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello @Kakapo yes you have to find a wallet that supports ONE native tokens i.e HRC20 tokens and import your wallet.

Alan, thank you and the Team who assisted me (and others) in this journey.

My ONE are safely tucked away on Harmony ONE’s own wallet in my browser extension.

Thank you again and again and again!
