Have made mistakenly a 1.000 USDC transfer from Binance Smart Chain to Ethereum Chain

I am trying to get support about the same problem above for 2-3 weeks now, but only beiing linked to community etc which I do not really use.

I have made mistakenly a 1.000 USDC transfer from Binance Chain to Etherium Chain.

My kind request is that you recover this stucked transfer of my 1.000 USDC fund and refund it back to my TrustWallet.

All detaied transactions are below in previous e-mails and attcahed again.

Please be informed that Trust Wallet cannot reverse nor refund confirmed transactions.

To clarify, where did you get this address 0x85db8f81523fb6907605a1c2521e51aab1492fb7? Is it a deposit address from an exchange?

I have tried to transfer 1.000 USDC to Tycoon using Coinbase interface. After getting in contact with Tycoon I have been told that they can not see the balance in their account because it is not a BSC adress it is a ERC20 address.

I see. You need to coordinate with their customer support and see if they are still willing to credit or help you in recovering it since the USDC (BEP20) is already on their Smart Chain wallet.

Please can you confirm that you mean although I have send 1.000 USDC from my Trust Wallet Binance Chain to a ERC20 address, the Coinbase Commerce address has received the 1.000 USDC. And therefore I have to get in contact with Coinbase Commerce.

Is this above definite information?

Thats right . you should get in touch with coinbase support .

Yup. It’s in their Smart Chain wallet. If they are willing to access that wallet, they can recover it.

Hello, could I kindly get assistance or some advice. I was trying to convert USDC into ETH and everytime it fails. Then it will not allow me to sent the USDC back out to ZenGo so I can convert to BNB.

What would I need to do? The fees are quite high as well to swap.

i do have made mistake send Tether USD (BEP20) from Binance Smart Chain to USD Ethereum Chain (ERC20)

My Trust Wallet Version 1.30.8 (Core 2.6.11)
My Trust Wallet Address: 0x51aD9d78901Eb8e2630BBcd93F4b340c46E2aF16

Kindly help either to transfer them to my TRUST wallet or reverse the transaction to my Trust wallet Address.

Hello @indrahk please, update your app to latest version first.
Then, tap on top right corner and search BUSD-T then switch on BUSD-T BEP20 manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin

thanks for the quick response Alan. yes that’s right that’s my transaction, I tried to empty my wallet. because someone claims to be from trustwallet with email address: Trust Wallet English asked me to send my wallet phrase key.

I tried to transfer funds to a local exchange, but I didn’t realize that the destination address was USDT ERC20. I sent from USDT BEP20 from my trust wallet. because there is no further notification on the recipient’s web page. that’s the story.

this is my delivery address, 0x9b09d94ccf1581cef6289df3e384ab5a3b4f1b21, and now it is on the BSC network.

I really hope you can help me return the funds to my trustwallet.

@indrahk Please contact the customer support of your local exchange so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
