Please can you help me with my problem? I made a transaction with 2.7 bnb to buy a token, but I couldn’t buy it and the bnb didn’t come back to my wallet. With the little knowledge I have I saw that my wallet created a contract and that bnb is there. Please, can you help me? Hello @Fradi You did the wrong thing , you created a contract where you got ripped off. it’s the blockchain the transactions are irreversible, unfortunately we can’t help you.
I am in the same boat needing help, i also believe i have been scammed, I was emailed a request to pay a verification for my account once money was deposited into my wallet, then I was asked for a conversion payment, then i was asked to pay conversion fee again because it was wrongly deposited into my account, now i am asked for a security deposit in order to withdrawl my money,
Is this all correct

@Alicat That email is a scam, Trust wallet would never request you to pay a fee to use your wallet or verify anything.

No one from Trust wallet will message you privately.
Regarding your issue, If your tokens are confirmed as received in your address but shows zero, you can do a wallet reimport.
i could really use some help, i followed How to re-import directions right up to pick multichain wallet and import, except i dont have an import
I have two wallets in my account now i click on three dots and i get create new wallet or add existing wallet , i clicked on it clcked on secret phrase multicoin wallet and it just wants me to put in my phrase
and then it gives me restore button…i cant seem to find any import button
what am i doing wrong
